These terms govern quotations, orders and the supply of products and services by Excellent Printers & Graphics (EPG), a company registered in Botswana, to its clients. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to confirmation of artwork, quantity and stock availability. Prices shown in our catalogue and on this website are indicative starting points and exclude branding unless stated.
Production begins once a written order is confirmed and artwork is approved. The client is responsible for the accuracy of supplied artwork, spelling, colours and layout. We will provide a proof for approval before production where applicable.
Payment terms are agreed in writing per order. A deposit may be required before production. Goods remain the property of EPG until paid for in full.
Lead times are estimates and run from artwork approval. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including supplier or courier delays. Risk passes to the client on delivery or collection.
Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen proofs. A reasonable quantity variance on large runs is standard in the print industry. These do not constitute defects.
Custom and branded items are produced to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Cancellations after artwork approval may incur charges for work and materials committed.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected goods or services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana.
